the Everybar pre-launch holding page.
Who is responsible for your information?
Everybar Limited is the data controller. We are registered in England and Wales under
company number 14260581, with a registered office at Unit 6 Rowan Trade Park,

What information do we collect?
When you ask to be notified about our launch, we collect:
- your first name and email address;
- the date and time of your signup and, where available, your IP address; and
- limited technical and device signals used to keep the form secure and prevent bots.
How and why do we use it?
We use your name and email address to record your signup, send a signup confirmation
and tell you when Everybar launches. Our lawful basis for these communications is your
consent, which you give by submitting the clearly labelled form. You can withdraw that
consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us.
We use limited technical information to operate and secure the page, prevent misuse
and diagnose service problems. We do this where necessary for our legitimate interests
in running a secure and reliable service.
Who processes your information?
We use trusted service providers only where needed to operate this page. Our hosting
and technical-support providers help us run and maintain the page.
These providers process information under their own contractual and data-protection
obligations. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use this signup for
unrelated marketing.
International processing

How long do we keep it?
We keep launch-list information until the launch notification has been sent and for no
longer than 90 days afterwards, unless you unsubscribe sooner or we must retain limited
information to comply with the law. We may keep a minimal suppression record so that we
can honour an unsubscribe request.
Cookies and bot protection
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this holding page. Our website may
use strictly necessary cookies and signals such as IP address, browser or device
information solely to distinguish genuine visitors from bots. We also load the page's
typefaces. As with other website files, ordinary technical connection data is processed
when your browser requests them.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us for a copy of your information or ask us
